The imperative (ihr/Sie)
For "ihr" (plural you), take the ihr form of the verb without the pronoun: "Kommt!" For the polite "Sie" form, keep the pronoun, but place it after the verb: "Kommen Sie!"

Use the Sie form with strangers, and the ihr form with several friends.
