"ohne...zu" (Verzicht)
"ohne … zu" (without)
"ohne … zu" means "without something happening" (without …ing). It shows that an expected action does not take place. As with "um … zu", the subject must be the same; otherwise use "ohne dass" + clause.
"ohne" comes first, "zu" + infinitive at the end. It corresponds to the Turkish ending "-madan/-meden".

Note:
- "ohne … zu" = something does not happen (no "nicht" needed).
